You must verify important information with the relevant institution, examination body, counselling authority, embassy or government source before submitting an application or making a financial decision.

This website may link to or use services operated by universities, application platforms, WhatsApp, Meta, map providers, widget providers and other independent organisations.

Edvise does not control their availability, content, decisions, terms, privacy practices or security. Your use of a third-party service is subject to its own terms.

The website does not process payments. If Edvise offers a paid service, scope, fees, taxes, refund terms and deliverables should be confirmed separately in writing before payment.

University fees, deposits, application fees, examination fees, visa fees, loan charges and third-party costs are determined by the relevant organisation and are not controlled by Edvise.

Unless otherwise stated, the Edvise name, website design, original copy and original materials are owned by or licensed to Edvise. You may use the website for personal admission research.

You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, republish or commercially exploit a substantial part of the website without prior written permission. Names and marks belonging to institutions or third parties remain their property.

You must not use this website to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, unlawful or infringing material.
• Interfere with the website, its security or another user.

Edvise cannot guarantee admission, a particular seat or quota, scholarship, education loan, examination result, visa, immigration status, internship, placement, salary or any other outcome controlled by another organisation.

Counselling is intended to support informed decisions. You remain responsible for your final choices, documents, submissions, payments and compliance with official requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Edvise is not liable for losses caused by changes in third-party information, decisions made by institutions or authorities, interruptions to external services, or your failure to verify official requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional written service terms may set out specific responsibilities for a paid engagement.

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, disputes relating to the website will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
